Se declaró que el Juzgado de la referencia es competente para avocar e impartir el trámite de incidente de liquidación conforme al Art. 25 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, dentro de la acción de tutela promovida por accionante y otros, contra el departamento del Chocó.
Lo anterior, porque la Corte explicó que el mencionado Juzgado es el competente para avocar e impartir el trámite al incidente liquidatorio dentro del expediente, según lo estipulado en el ordenamiento jurídico que regula la materia.

- Primero. Declarar que el Juzgado unico Laboral del Circuito de Quibdo es competente para avocar e impartir el tramite de incidente de liquidacion conforme al articulo 25 del decreto 2591 de 1991, dentro de la accion de tutela promovida por Jonhfer de Jesus Palacio y Otros, contra el departamento del Choco.
- Segundo. Ordenar el envio del expediente al Juzgado Unico Laboral del Circuito de Quibdo, para los efectos de ley.
